What is the ratio of care associates to residents?

The Legacy at Town Square is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so our residents have support whenever they need it.

We can adjust our staffing ratio based on the needs of our residents and the community as a whole.

Is there an age requirement for living at The Legacy at Town Square?

Yes, 62.

What does the typical move-in process look like?

We’re here to help make the entire moving process easy for you and your family.

When you choose The Legacy at Town Square, we’ll help you secure your suite and complete all the necessary paperwork, including a medical assessment and physician’s care plan. We can even recommend moving companies in the area.

Do you provide transportation?

Absolutely! We proudly offer scheduled transportation for our residents to attend doctor’s appointments and activities.

To arrange transport, residents can simply get in touch with our concierge or healthcare team, who will coordinate with your doctor’s office. Our bus driver checks daily for timely departures and arrivals.

Residents can sign up ahead of time for designated locations and events, with special seating arrangements available for those using wheelchairs or electric scooters. If you need private transportation, just let us know—we’re happy to help at a nominal charge.

Are your suites furnished?

Our suites are private and unfurnished.

We encourage residents at The Legacy at Town Square to decorate and furnish their suites to their liking, creating a comfortable home environment.

How is a resident’s level of care determined?

At The Legacy at Town Square, our healthcare team works with your family and physician to conduct a health assessment. This helps us determine the level of care that’s right for you or your loved one based on personal needs and preferences.

Do you allow pets?

Yes!

We even offer a pet care program at The Legacy at Town Square, which includes daily walks. Please note that there is a one-time, non-refundable fee to bring your furry friend along with you.
